Prices At The Peaceful Valley Lodge

Rates are by the number of nights you stay at PVL.  The home sleeps 8 comfortably plus 2 more if you sleep on the futon, but 10 is the absolute maximum. Minimum 2-night stay required. Pets are $20 per visit.  There is a one time $100 minimum cleaning fee per stay and a refundable security deposit of $200 is required. Tax of 3.9% on lodging fee. • 2 nights - $480 + $18.72 tax
• 3 nights - $675 + $26.33 tax
• 4 nights - $850 + $33.15 tax
• 5 nights - $1000 + $39.00 tax
• 6 nights - $1,125 + $43.88 tax
• 7 nights - $1,250 + $48.75
• Additional nights - $150 per night + tax

Christmast & New Years(Dec 18 - Jan 1) - $450.00 per night + tax & cleaning

Cleaning fee - one time $150 charge, larger groups or extended services additional

Dog clean fee - $20

50% deposit by credit card holds reservation, balance due 45 days before arrival.

Cancelations and Refunds

Cancellation before 45 days of your arrival date: full refund minus $100 processing fee

Cancellation after 45 days  of your arrival date: no refund. We will try to re-book but if we don't re-book you keep the reservation.
